What Is Dubli Fun Shopping? A DubLi Review

I had to share this company after I went online searching for a birthday present for my wife.  I was looking for a digital camera, and the internet being what it is, I was looking for the best deal.  I ran across DubLi.com, and was glad I did.

What I found was insane!  I found what I was looking for, and a great deal indeed.  A 10 megapixel digital camera with video, small, light weight and easy to use… brand new for $52!  The starting price?  $242.00

It answered a couple questions…

Too good to be true?  No!

So, what is Dubli fun shopping?

Here’s what I found out about the company…

DubLi.com is the vision of founder, Michael Hansen, who envisioned worldwide ecommerce shopping and went to work creating a process to produce traffic sizable enough to power the shopping portal.  To meet his idea, he and his team built a reverse auction site to create online activity, which then transfers into the internet shopping mall in much the same manner as eBay traffic moves through shopping.com.

Corporate offices are located in Germany, Cyprus, USA, Dubai and the British Virgin Islands.  The business has delivery centers in Phoenix, AZ, Berlin, Germany, with development into Australia and New Zealand in late 2009.

The dis-similarities from eBay are several.  All products sold are brand new, name brand with full manufacturer’s warranty and are sent directly from DubLi’s warehouses.

More out of the ordinary is that every item up for auction descends in price instead of up with every bid.  This is accomplished by presenting only the starting prices of items – which are originally priced at the lowest price found online – and decreasing the cost by 25 cents every time someone chooses to see the present price.

In order to see the current price, a buyer must spend a credit valuing 80 cents, which they can buy from DubLi which enables their involvement in the auctions.

Although somewhat hard for initial consumers to identify with the idea of spending money to see the current price of an auction item, when the money saved is calculated it is clear why this is an incredibly impressive site.  Savings to the extent of 60% are regular, and frequently savings are more than 90%.  Spending 25 cents to save 25 dollars is common.  The range of products on auction varies from gift cards to electronics to the occasional automobile.

People concerned about potential legal issues with the reverse auctions appearing to be similar to gaming can rest at ease.  The US gaming commission has approved DubLi’s auctions as lawful and don’t consider them to be a manner of gambling.  The acquisitions in the auctions are legal sales transactions, and are not taxable as would be winnings.

Michael Hansen’s idea for marketing and expansion is by employing network marketing, using the proven methods of word of mouth testimonials to create viral growth of a consumer base.

Business Associates of DubLi do not sell any items, but rather are purveyors of credits that their customers buy from them directly via DubLi.com.  Customer down line growth is done through word of mouth advertising to begin with, and through viral down line expansion with their “tell-a-friend” hyperlink that attaches the customers in the down line without any contact from the sponsoring rep.  In simple terms, customers create customers.  As advertising by corporate name branding occurs, and the corporate campaign begins to advertise to the existing customer base, the exponential growth seen in Germany in 2007-2008 is projected to occur in global markets.

The comp plan provided by DubLi has several streams of income, making this a legitimate mlm opportunity.  On the front end, team member sign ups provide commission, and on the back end payment comes from credit sales and online retail purchases by consumers both directly and organizationally.  The business associates retail commissions vary from 5% to 25%.  Based on the depth of viral customer growth, most top producing BAs – at Vice President position – have not created a individually sponsored front line greater than 20 individuals, yet still having reported down lines of 2000+ members and organizational customer numbers in the hundreds of thousands.

Although a comparative newcomer in network marketing, DubLi’s growth into global ecommerce and touted “true walkaway residual income” due to viral customer growth makes this business opportunity truly worth researching.  It’s already established in Europe, and growing globally.  Add to that that their product -credits – doesn’t expire and don’t have to be directly sold, this will be appealing to those who don’t want to directly sell product.

Watch for DubLi as it grows up.  It looks poised for having a significant ecommerce market share.
